These safety goat horns have a stem at the back and the backing snaps on like any regular safety eye. No eye tool needed.
Measurements are of the horn only (not the stem), width by height.
Like all safety eyes, I do not recommend using them on an amigurumi that will be given to children aged 3 and under, due to choking hazards.
