Digital Items:

For digital PDF items, shipping does not apply. Once your payment is confirmed, an email with be sent with the links to your digital items.

Physical Items:

Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times will appear before completing your purchase.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be shipped out.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping to select international countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees incurred upon importation into their country.

USA customers: If tariffs apply to the item, the tariffs are included in the cost of the item. 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can track your package.

Canada customers: For small items, they will be shipped using oversized letter mail to keep the shipping cost down. There is no tracking for oversized letter mail. 

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
