These eyes/ties can be used on any amigurumi you choose, but I designed them specifically for my pattern for Sammy the Sea Sponge. For this pattern, I suggest the following sizes (however, this may vary depending on your tension). The dimensions are for the height:
Parfait Chunky (12 mm eyes and 12 mm tie)
Sweet Snuggles Lite/Chenille Home Slim (18 mm eyes and 14 mm tie)
Bernat Blanket (20 mm eyes and 16 mm tie)
Sweet Snuggles/Chenille Home (25 mm eyes and 20 mm tie)
These eyes and ties have a single stem at the back and the backing snaps on like any regular safety eye. No eye tool needed.
Like all safety eyes, I do not recommend using them on an amigurumi that will be given to children aged 3 and under, due to choking hazards.
