These hearts can be used on any amigurumi you choose, but I designed them specifically for my pattern for Robbie the Robot. For this pattern, I suggest the following sizes (however, this may vary depending on your tension):
Parfait Chunky (9 mm heart)
Sweet Snuggles Lite/Chenille Home Slim (10 mm heart)
Bernat Blanket (12 mm heart)
Sweet Snuggles/Chenille Home (14 mm heart)
These hearts have a backing that snaps on like any regular safety eye. No eye tool needed.
Like all safety eyes, I do not recommend using them on an amigurumi that will be given to children aged 3 and under, due to choking hazards.
